Soaring Crane Qi Gong was developed by Master Zhao, Jin Xiang. It became my primary Qi Gong practice from 1997 to 2017. This form proliferated in China in the 1980s when tens of millions of Chinese began to discover its powerful benefits. It is a long form with five routines and 117 movements that require years of commitment to master.
There are also five additional remedy routines and a dance ritual called Crane Walking. It was brought to the United States and Ireland by Chen, Hui Xāian, a former professor at Beijing University. She certified me to teach Soaring Crane Qi Gong Level I and Level II.
