Clairvoyance from French “claire” light and “voyer” to see. Our physical eyes are able to see nonphysical light. The reason we can see spiritual forces in our peripheral range has to do with the hyper sensitive outer edge of the retina. On the etheic level we have a “third eye”. Actually there are two third eye chakras: one in the forehead and the other in between the eyebrows. The one on the forehead is the Soma chakra, “Nectar of the Moon”. This activates when we meditate with our eyes closed. The Soma chakra is our mind mirror, the way we can see inside ourselves.
In between our eyebrows is a much smaller chakra called the Ajna, “Unlimited Power”. It’s primary role is to disperse negativity. When fully developed, it is an expression of Supreme Consciousness. The Ajna transforms the Soma from a mirror into a portal.
